Downloaded 12 pictures, subsequently my phone started heating up in the manner of a microwave. Deleted immediately.
Not recommending it, just sharing. For science.

Lets slow alongside for a sec. I know this isnt a tech blog and Im not pretending to be a security expert. Im just a human who got weary of taking screenshots of images and cropping out the UI in the manner of a gremlin.
Theres no perfect Instagram image saver app. Even the best ones mess up, glitch, or regard as being they want root permission to your soul. But if youre careful, and use dummy accounts or VPNs next in doubt, youre fine.
